Supporting foster youth starts with supporting the caregivers by their side.

Through the Y Social Impact Center Caregiver Support Program, families receive practical resources, guidance, and connection as they navigate foster care. And in just two years, the program has grown to support 59 families and 83 youth across South King County.

What a day to be thankful for on this Thursday! 👧🏽🧒🏼👶🏻🌈

“TAKE WHAT YOU NEED. GIVE WHAT YOU CAN”

In cooperation with the incredible members of our neighborhood, the Bellevue Family Y hosts a 24/7 Free Community Pantry, located street-side near our playground.

This pantry is for our community, by our community. 💙 Members and neighbors are encouraged to take what you need and donate what you can.

🥫 What items are needed?

We welcome non-perishable food items— no dairy, produce, or meat. Please keep in mind that some of our neighbors may not have access to a can opener or microwave.

Some helpful items include:
• Rice, beans & noodles
• Chili, ravioli & SpaghettiOs
• Protein bowls & ready-to-eat entrees
• Chicken or tuna in lightweight pouches
• Lunch/snack to-go kits
• Chunky or Progressive soups *(not condensed)*
• Mac & Cheese / Easy Mac
• Fruit cups
• Individually packaged trail mix, nuts & jerky
• Protein bars
• Bottled water

Hygiene & essential items:
🧼 Soap & deodorant
👶 Diapers
🧦 Clean socks
🧥 Jackets
🛏️ Blankets
