☀️- 0 / Scott - 1 . Today is a great reminder that it’s okay to be extremely uncomfortable. Everything in life that is worth chasing takes a ton of pressure , stress , and being uncomfortable. In fact I try to tell people to chase what makes them uncomfortable. Run right towards it with open arms. Challenge it with effort and discipline . The outcome always equals as a better version of yourself !

One of my favorite core movements. The “Roll Out” .
You can use an Ab wheel, phsio ball , trx , or even just body weight .
.
Start from your knees and master the form before going to toes .
.
Remember to tuck hips draw down you ribs and flex you glutes. A great tool to bullet prof the spine . Good combination of stability and a little flexion.

“Am I doing this right?” 😆 😂 low key it was pretty tough at the end of a tricep focus session . Did a Tabata finish of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off . Did 10 rounds instead of 8 😉
