Our long awaited and newest addition to the gym, Hip Adductor and Hip Abductor! Unfortunately one of the seat backs didn’t survive the trip so we are in the process of getting a new one. In the meantime time you can swap the seat back between the two machines. ENJOY!! 🦵 🍑 💪🏻 👊🏻

It’s that time of year again! If you are interested in buying any $5 squares to help support our annual Elite Fitness Scholarship, please text me at 419-483-7002. Each square has a chance to win $50 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter and a chance to win $100 for the final score! We will accept Venmo, Cashapp, or cold hard cash in person. If we fill the board, we will start a additional boards as needed.

The last digit of each team’s score is used to determine winners for each quarter.

Numbers will be auto generated and boards will be posted at the gym once each board is fully sold.
