The lighting is terrible. But I share my workouts because it inspires me when others share theirs. So I’m sharing these poor quality videos to show I’m not always in a fancy home gym with good lighting. But I still want to inspire someone else to know they can do it too. 💪🏻❤️

Yesterday I did one of the hardest things I’ll ever have to do. If I could change one thing about life it would be that pets live healthy forever.

Toro was such a great companion. Loved to cuddle, snore, get back scratches, fart, and just make us happy. I’ll forever be grateful for our time together and I’d give anything to have more.

It’s helps knowing your running with your cousins and reunited with some of the nub club.

I’ll miss you and love you forever Toro. Hitch and I promise walk your favorite part of the neighborhood all the time.

I first did this workout program at the end of the summer into fall of 2014. I bought the program on DVD. It came with 4 different disks in the prettiest pink and teal DVD box. Just a little fun fact down memory lane about my time with the program 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

I was frustrated this morning. One of those mornings where things just aren’t going right and getting on my nerves. I debated procrastinating on my workout because of it - now I’m grateful I didn’t. Not a 180 on my mood but it definitely helped! Just keeping it real and honest over here 🙋🏼‍♀️

This weekend we said goodbye to a Legend of the Diecks family.

Gram was always the one to welcome everyone with open arms, a loving heart, and a safe and comfortable home. I will always cherish her kisses, hugs, and being there for us no matter what.

Gram, one thing that keeps bringing me comfort is knowing that you’re finally back with Pap, Uncle David, Aunt Nini, and Tommy. The night after you passed there was an incredible pink shining sunset right over McKees Rocks and I know it was the family reuniting again. I will forever be grateful for what you have taught me. I will continue your legacy of love, kindness, and faith. I hope I do you proud.
