Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country - including someone who meant so much to our martial arts family, MSG Noah Lee Tietjens.

Over the past few days, weโ€™ve seen an overwhelming amount of support, messages, and requests from students, veterans, friends, and families asking how they can continue honoring Noahโ€™s memory beyond this weekend.

Because of that, we are extending the Memorial Tribute Collection deadline through TONIGHT at 11:59 PM.

MSG Noah Lee Tietjens was not only a soldier.

He was a mentor to many.
A leader on and off the mat.
A devoted husband and father.
A protector.
A brother to this community.

Some knew him through his military service.
Others knew him through martial arts.
Many knew him through the kindness, leadership, and strength he shared with everyone around him.

This collection was created so his memory continues to live on through the people whose lives he touched.

What if a building was never really about the building?

As we walked through the unfinished floors of the future MAI Worldwide Headquarters, we were reminded of something importantโ€ฆ

A foundation is not just made of concrete.
It is built through people.
Through sacrifice.
Through faith.
Through leadership.
Through service.

Since 1988, Martial Arts International has been about helping people become stronger, better human beings.

This Foundation Dedication & Floor Blessing Ceremony honored the people, values, and vision that helped shape this journey - and the generations who will one day walk through these doors.

Before the mats are laid, prayers, scriptures, and messages of leadership were written beneath the future training floors - creating a foundation built not only with concrete, but with faith, purpose, and community.

Years from now, students may never see what was written beneath these floorsโ€ฆ
but they will stand on the legacy built here.

This is more than a new facility.
This is the next chapter of Martial Arts International Worldwide Headquarters.

Over the past several weeks, we have received countless messages from students, families, friends, veterans, and members of our community asking if there would be a way to continue honoring MSG Noah Lee Tietjens and to have something meaningful they could wear in remembrance of him.

Out of respect for Mr. Noah, his family, and the incredible impact he had on so many lives, we made the decision to open a limited Honor the Brave Collection to the public this Memorial Weekend.

MSG Noah Lee Tietjens was more than a soldier.

He was an instructor. A mentor.A husband and father. A leader. A brother.

Many knew him in uniform. Many knew him on the mat.

Some warriors fight on the battlefield. Others lead on the mat.

MSG Noah Lee Tietjens did both.

As a community, we had the privilege of welcoming him home and honoring his life together.

This collection was created to give anyone who knew him, trained with him, served alongside him, or was impacted by his story an opportunity to continue carrying his memory forward.

Behind every recognition is a TEAM that truly cares.

We are incredibly grateful and honored for Martial Arts International to be recognized through the PLC Schools Cooperation BEST awards including receiving the Principal Award.

But the truth isโ€ฆ awards like this do not happen because of one person. They happen because of passionate instructors, dedicated staff, amazing students, supportive families, and community ambassadors who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of others.

Since 1988, our mission has always been bigger than martial arts. It has always been about helping people grow in confidence, leadership, discipline, and character while building stronger families and a stronger community.

To our team members past and present - THANK YOU. Your energy, leadership, professionalism, and heart are what make this journey special. You are the reason students walk through our doors and feel encouraged, inspired, and supported.

We are truly honored and grateful to be recognized at the PLC Schools Cooperation BEST Awards Ceremony as both a:

Since 1988, Martial Arts International has been committed to helping students grow in confidence, discipline, leadership, focus, and character - both on and off the mat. Our mission has always been bigger than martial arts. It has always been about building better people, stronger families, and a stronger community.

We are incredibly thankful to Papillion La Vista Community Schools for allowing us to be part of so many studentsโ€™ journeys throughout the years. We deeply appreciate the administrators, teachers, staff, families, and students who continue to support and believe in what we do.

We also want to commend the PLS Schools Cooperation Best for creating such an incredible partnership between schools, local businesses, and community organizations. Bringing education and community leaders together to positively impact studentsโ€™ lives is something truly special, and we are honored to be part of that mission alongside so many outstanding organizations making a difference in our community.

Big things are happening at Martial Arts International!!!

We are excited to share that MAI is preparing to relocate around the end of June to our future Worldwide Headquarters, expanding our overall facility from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet.

This is more than a new building. It is the next chapter of Martial Arts International and a stronger overall home for our students, families, and community.

We are grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey so far, and we cannot wait to share more of what is ahead.

What an incredible experience it has been to serve our local school community through this special fundraiser program.

Our After-School Karate Character Enrichment Program was designed to be more than just a fun activity for kids. It is a positive, community-driven experience that helps children build confidence, focus, discipline, respect, and self-belief in an exciting and encouraging environment.

What makes this even more meaningful is hearing the feedback from parents who shared how much this experience helped their children - not only in enjoying the program, but in growing in ways that truly matter. We also love knowing this program created value for the schools, supported teachers, and contributed to a great cause for the school community.

Seeing students participate, teachers join in, and families respond so positively reminds us why we love doing what we do.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to support schools through programs that benefit children, families, teachers, and the community as a whole.
