Hagen-Smith Zumba

Hagen-Smith Zumba Tuesdays - Zumba - 6:15-7:15 p.m. Thursdays - Zumba Combo - 6:00-7:00 p.m. All classes are held at Zumba and Zumba Toning classes for all age and skill levels.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba Toning combines the Zumba workout with lightly weighted toning sticks for a whole-body strengthening experience. This class blends body sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie burning, strength-training class.

Hello Fit Friends! 😁

I’ve missed you all so much and I have been excited to get back into the swing of things! I have been definitely enjoying all the snuggles with my new girl 🥰🥰

During my little hiatus, some big things have been happening!

I’m excited to announce that I will be accepting responsibilities for Fitssentials in Bellevue! The owner, who some of you may know, said she’s ready to move on and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to move into the position since we have been ever growing! I hope to purchase the business in the coming months!

I love having each and every one of you and hope that you will come join me! I invite ALL of you to join in the fun, just in a new place! I still plan to teach Zumba and hold our FUN fit camps! The price and or schedule make look somewhat different but it’ll all be the same format as you’ve been used to at Hoogeveen Chiropractic! Im still working through the details as far as the schedule and what prices will be but I will know shortly! Plus, you’ll have many more classes and instructors available to you! 😉

I will be responsible for the schedule starting May 16th so fit camps will start after that day(exact date TBD) and I will teach Zumba at Hoogeveen Chiropractic until that date. More details to come!

I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me build this group into what it is today! It’s been my dream to have my OWN place and share it with all of you and it’s finally transforming into that! I hope you’ll share in this new journey with me!

I can’t wait to see you all soon! 😁
