The day has finally arrrived! Last class went down this morning. Thank you everyone that came out and helped to celebrate both the end of a good run and the beginning of new adventures. It only seems fitting that we end with what really got us started! A fun mix of some of our favorite AMPD Strong tracks!🤘🏼Even tho we won’t be offering classes most days of the week, don’t be surprised if we pop in your DM’s (especially those of you that stuck with us all the way to the end) with a pop up class. Maybe you might want to keep your Mondays open. 😜🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks again for 9 years of creating friendships and a fun welcoming atmosphere that helped so many people get started with fitness when they didn’t think they could. And don’t forget… Those bands can either go above the knee, or Bologna!😂✌🏼

Thank you ladies! Such a bittersweet night. Brought all the “retro” songs back for the set list, and we rocked it out! Some surprise guests, so many shenanigans, laughs and maybe a couple tears mixed in. Amy met John’s double dog dare, with her first broken stick! 💪🏻😜

John and Jennifer ~ THANK YOU! Thank you for showing all of us that we can do hard things, for starting the fire that burns in all of us, to be better and to do better. Turbo Tuesday- the final one!
Today we said goodbye to the class I’ve been teaching since April of 2018. The one that made us yell, “Hey, Hey, Hey!!!”, hate the words “One More Time”, put us out of breath, and leave us extremely hungry! Thanks to my Turbo Chicks for showing up one last time and to those who came to class over the last 7 years.

We were hoping to see more of you for these free classes in August, but we’ve actually been seeing less of you! Which is good seeing that several of you have already found a new gym, so we’ve decided to move up our final class to this Saturday August 9th at 8:30am

Anyone attending Saturdays class will get first dibs to purchase any equipment they would like to have for home. Anything remaining will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Hope we will see you there one last time on Saturday! But we do still have a class almost every day until then.
