Good Time Fitness

Good Time Fitness Personal Training that focuses on keeping track of progress to burn fat and gain lean muscle. We believe there is a difference between Training and Exercising.

Training is putting the body under a progressive overload every session, writing down every workout in training logs and progressing off of the previous session. Exercising is doing a workout to feel tired and out of breath. The problem with exercising is it's easy to become tired and when tiredness is the goal, progress is forgotten. Training is the process of where you are now to where you want

to be for the purpose of meeting a specific goal. Training burns fat faster than exercising because the resistance increases at a faster rate.
