One of the truly unique and special parts of this industry is welcoming Master Trainers from around the world into our studio to share their knowledge, artistry, and experience. 🚴‍♀️ Ride bikes into studio together.
For over 40 years, the GYROTONIC® Method has been thoughtfully crafted and refined through the vision of its creator, Juliu Horvath, alongside Master Trainers across the globe. The depth of learning, dedication, and continued evolution within this work is something we never take for granted.
While PIVOT has been in business for 11 years, we feel deeply grateful to be part of this tradition—continuing to learn, grow, and study what truly feels like the art of exercise.

Spring brought so much blossoming energy to the studio as we completed our GYROTONIC® LEVEL 2, PROGRAM 2 COURSE 🌿
So grateful for the time spent learning, growing, moving, and deepening our understanding of this work together. There is something truly special about gathering in community to explore movement with curiosity, dedication, and care.

Tonight I got to see Mel Robbins with a group of close friends, and it felt like such a full circle moment. ✨
Yesterday marked 8 years of our Bellevue location and 11 years of PIVOT being in business. Right before we opened the Bellevue studio eight years ago, I sat in Mel’s audience for the first time. I remember feeling inspired, uncertain, hopeful, and honestly not fully knowing what the future would hold for this little movement studio dream.
Tonight, when she asked the audience, “Where do you see yourself in five years?” I immediately thought back to that earlier version of myself sitting in a theater, imagining a space that could bring people together through movement, education, community, healing, and exploration.
Looking back now, I’m reminded that growth is rarely glamorous or perfectly smooth. Sometimes it’s simply one step in front of the other. One class. One client. One hard conversation. One leap of faith.
The real magic happens quietly over time — through dedication, consistency, community, and believing that you are worthy of building the life you envision for yourself.
Feeling deeply grateful tonight for everyone who has been part of this journey with us over the last 11 years. 🤍

I still remember the first time you walked into the studio— called me right away, so lit up about the wonderful woman she had just met, and how she just knew you would become a meaningful part of PIVOT. She was absolutely right.
Now, it’s hard to imagine our space without you. The bright, radiant energy you bring, those curls, the big smiles—it all shifts the room in the most beautiful way. You have this incredible gift of creating both ease and depth, sharing your knowledge of the body with such clarity while also making everyone feel supported and seen.
And the way you cheer people on—even in the quietest moments—doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s part of what makes our community feel so special.

Renewal, Beauty + Deep Connection retreat with .owl.healing was filled with creativity, presence, and such a genuine sense of connection. Watching everyone settle into the process of intuitive floral design, open up in circle, and receive the healing work was truly beautiful.
There’s something powerful about taking time to slow down, create with your hands, and be witnessed in a supportive space. The room felt grounded, open, and quietly transformative.
