Omaha Amputee Golf Association We are Amputees helping Amputtes through the medium of golf. We offer non-professional assistance to amputees to get them back to a somewhat normal life.

Using golf as a medium, the association members offer support to persons seeking non-professional information about amputations, services, mentors and themselves. Experiences are shared, encouragement offered, and friendships developed, demonstrating that an amputation does not have to diminish the quality of life, achievement or participation. The OAGA (Omaha Amputee Golf Association) also hosts

Learn to Golf Clinics for people who are new and old Amputees who are having trouble with the game. Fund raising activities by amputees have resulted in the foundation of the Association and the promotion of the Tournament and Clinics.

Our 11th Annual Tournament was held at Dodge-Riverside GC in Council Bluffs IA. 9 foursomes on Friday & 16 Amputees on the weekend of August 24th to 25th. A Great time was had by all. Ashley Armstrong was our Scholarship Winner for 2019 receiving $1,000.00. Ashley is at Creighton University continuing studies for a Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
