This year especially I think it’s important to remember why we celebrate Thanksgiving. Coming together in difference and in love. In grace and gratitude. A time of recognition and time of agreement. In recent there has been a lot of indifference and I think now more than ever is a time to leave behind differences and come together in peace and in common interest for the good of all those around you.

Take today to just be, and just be grateful. ❤️

Fun fact‼️What you eat on a daily basis shapes your palate. 🤭When you consume high amounts of processed foods this desensitizes the palate creating a need for introduction to these foods, the body’s neurological response (ie: cravings). This also limits the amount of nutrient dense foods that are palatable (taste good) because of the saturation of oils and sugars to the palate. When you limit the intake of highly processed foods and allow opportunity to cleanse the palate you may find you enjoy foods you didn’t before. This not only opens the door to better options within your dietary regimen but ultimately resulting in a change in lifestyle and an improvement in overall general health. ❤️ Follow along for more helpful tips 🤗

This is one I am SO excited to share! ❤️

This client came to me a few months ago and her journey has been such a special one for me. Watching her blossom, finding who she is, building confidence, and really getting the most out of what this journey is all about.

When she first started with me she hadn’t had a period in a couple months, she wasn’t eating consistently, having a hard time regulating her nervous system and managing stress which was effecting sleep, she wasn’t regularly active, but she was determined and it has shown.

With a training program fit to meet her goals, nutritional guidance, and a customized supplement protocol to help achieve the most optimal levels of health, this is just a few short months of progress and I can’t wait to see what she continues to do as she builds this new life.
