After our first session sold out, we opened a second group for 4th–6th grade boys, and it's already halfway full!

Our G.O.A.T. 3-on-3 Development League is designed to give young players more opportunities to learn the game, make decisions, and compete in a smaller setting.

Each week includes 20 minutes of skill development and teaching, followed by live 3-on-3 play where athletes can apply what they've learned.

More games don’t always mean more development.

One of the biggest things we can do for young basketball players is put them in situations where they’re constantly involved.

Where they have to think for themselves, figure things out, and learn through experience.

Not every possession is going to be perfect. Not every decision is going to be the right one. And that’s okay.

Our job as coaches is to create an environment where athletes can make mistakes, learn from them, and continue to grow.

The goal isn’t to have the best 5th grader on the floor. It’s to build a foundation that allows them to become the best player they can be down the road.

With the interest we've received, we've decided to open up a SECOND boys division for 4th–6th graders!

We’re excited to finally get this going!

We wanted to create something a little different for younger players. At this age, we don’t think kids need to just play more and more games. They need to learn the game and then get opportunities to apply it in live play.

That’s exactly how this league will work.

Each week we’ll teach different parts of the game spacing, cutting, decision making, defense, communication, playing without the ball and more then take it straight into live 3-on-3.

With fewer players on the floor, there’s nowhere to hide. More touches. More decisions. More opportunities to be involved.

The games will be competitive and we want the kids playing to win, but we’re not worried about stats or records. Getting better comes first.

Happy National Coaches Day! 🏀

We’re extremely blessed to have Coach K and Coach Keith as part of the G.O.A.T. Training family!

What makes these guys special goes way beyond basketball. They show up, connect with our athletes, hold them accountable, build their confidence, and genuinely care about helping them grow both on and off the court.

Our program wouldn’t be what it is without great coaches who are willing to pour into the next generation.

We appreciate everything Coach K and Coach Keith do for our athletes and our program. Our area is lucky to have you guys! 💯

LESS PLAYERS = MORE TOUCHES! 🏀

More touches = more decisions.
More decisions = more opportunities to learn.

That’s why we love 3-on-3 for younger players.

In 5-on-5, it’s easy for a player to go multiple possessions without touching the basketball or being involved in the action.

In 3-on-3, you can’t hide.

Players have to pass, cut, defend, communicate, move without the ball and make decisions.

And in our league, we’re taking it a step further.

Each week starts with a teaching focus then we take what we just learned and apply it directly into live 3-on-3 play.

We’re not looking to just give kids more games.

We want to teach them how to play the game.

Our 3-on-3 Development League starts October 25.

Here's why we built it.

In 5-on-5, a lot of young players stand in the corner and barely touch the ball. In 3-on-3, every kid has to get involved. They have to dribble, pass, cut, defend and make decisions every time down the floor.

Each Sunday we teach one part of the game at the beginning then they go play 3-on-3 and use it right away.

4th–6th grade, boys and girls
