Big Thank you to Coach Roach, Jarell N Marlene Roachfor coming along to train us today. We raised about $180 Dollars for the Coach's missionary work and learned some good skills, principles and got a good sweat on!

For those attending tomorrow’s boxing clinic please remember your pads gloves. Bring your mouth piece and head gear also, as we may have time to practice some of the skills we learn in class with some very light sparring ( optional ).

Looking for numbers on who is attending the boxing Clinic on Saturday, leave a comment or message me on attendance for the event as preparations need to be made. A recommended $10.00 donation would be greatly appreciated but not required, all proceeds will be donated to Coach Roach and the good works he does.

Our Boxing Clinic is set for Saturday 25th April at 1230. Our coach does a lot of Missionary work locally and abroad so we decided to hold a donation for the class to go towards the good works and charity’s he champions. $10.00 donation would be greatly appreciated or What ever you can afford.
