Instructors and students from around the region marched and demonstrated martial arts skills in the Issaquah Salmon Days parade. The day started with Krispy Kreme donuts and ended with sub sandwiches, with tons of fun in between. If you didn't make it, you missed out, but be sure to join us next year.

Students will practice variations of the side kick from the Kong Su style of martial arts. Kong Su is a hard style similar to Tae Kwon Do or Karate.
