My advice: Take a minute out of every hour and do squats for a minute, or a plank or jumping jacks. Something to get your heart moving. Little things like this matter.

I’ve learned that teaches us lessons for a reason. I’ve been working very hard on my and . I’ve learned that I expect too much from people and that I was holding on to what I believed was because I was afraid to let go.

What I didn’t know was that even if I turned the page, the next chalet might be even better than the last one.

I’m encouraging everyone to keep pushing through the storm because without the rain, we wouldn’t enjoy the sun and we wouldn’t see rainbows.

Game faces on at 6am! I love the 6am group. They always bring the which gets me pumped, especially this one ()!

I push her to go harder and harder she goes. We laugh (I laugh mostly), she smiles and by the end of class is ready to kill me. I always tell her “hate me today, love me in six months.”

should be fun and it should be challenging. If you aren’t at least cracking a smile with your trainer, come take my class. We will sing, dance and sweat until you have given 110%. Then we will push a little bit more and you will feel awesome.
