New this summer, we are partnering with Washtenaw Community College to provide a practical Women's Self Defense course! All women in the area are welcome from ages 12 and up.
Our 12 week course covers our Segment 1 training to provide women with practical and effective techniques to defend themselves against a larger, stronger attacker.
This class starts in 2 weeks (on May 7) and is a first come, first serve basis, so sign up today to reserve your spot!

Gracie Jiu Jitsu Self Defense Seminar this Sunday from 3-5pm! Let us know if you are interested. :)

Royce Gracie is coming to Michigan to conduct a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense Seminar on April 22, 2018, for the following times:

Ages 4 to 12 - from 1 to 2 pm
Ages 13 and above - 3 to 5 pm

Royce will be covering the techniques he learned from his father, Helio Gracie, that led to his success in the UFC.

This seminar is open to all martial arts students and schools.

As many of you may have seen, our Women's Self Defense system is a hybrid combination of several different martial arts. The two martial arts that make up the core of our class is Choi Kwang Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
