I am a E-RYT 200, and 500-hour E-CYT through Yoga Buzz in MO and am certified in trauma-based yoga. My certifications also include accessible yoga, (using modifications to make yoga accessible for all), through Jivana Heyman, Founder of the Accessible Association and School, as well as the author of Accessible Yoga & Yoga Revolution. What is Vinyasa verses other forms of yoga you may ask? 🤔

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement with breath in a flowing sequence. Basically, a little more dynamic than Gentle flow and Hatha.
