Hey Legado Family,

Coach Lu opened up a question box on Instagram the other day and we noticed a few people asked a very similar question. They were all about trying a new sport, stepping outside of their comfort zone and how to overcome the fear that comes with starting something new.

Instead of answering everyone individually, coach Lu thought he would make a video to answer all of you at once, because we think this is something a lot more people struggle with than we realize.
