Workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Wednesday is dedicated to walking 🚢🏽 and weights πŸ’ͺ🏻. Walking aids in weight loss so get your butt moving!!! Weights build strength not only physically but mentally!! Without even realizing it you are building your brain and spirit as well as your πŸ’ͺ🏻 muscles!!! You can come here and walk inside with us tonight at 5:30pm in our Cardio Walk & Sculpt class. We get about 2 miles in every class. SUPERBODIES has a FREE walking group. Follow us on Facebook under SSC walking group and every SUPERBODIES class incorporates weights of some kind. Order your own and do it at home. I’m going to post 1 min of weights you can do for a full body workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ right in your own anywhere! Whatever you do Get Moving! We have things to do!
