Moving into the New Year!!!! It doesn't matter when you start, just start!!! Life can easily get away from you & years can pass VERY quickly!!! Small actions can bring BIG results..... Eventually!
Highly recommend this if you do it for a quick warm up before your routine or maybe this is the only thing you can fit into your day. Give yourself, at minimum, 10-15 minutes a day. But Movement IS Medicine that can absolutely heal!!!! Don't beat yourself up if you fall off of routine, just keep getting back up!!!! OR you maybe are ROCKING & completely on fire with a routine that is just working for you!!!! Awesome! Keep it up!!!!

NEW Classes starting the week of January 5th at Natural Fitness!

Jacob has openings in the evening slots of his Women's Strength class, AND he is opening up 2 morning time slots of this class - M/W at 7am and T/Th at 6am!

He is also starting an 8 week Barbell Training class on M/W/F mornings at 6am which will focus on developing overall strength and learning the classic barbell lifts of Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, and Rows!

If you are interested in either of these classes or have questions, feel free to send an email to [email protected]. For the women's Strength class, please say what time slot you are interested in in your email.

**All training is done at Natural Fitness in Belle Plaine. No membership is necessary to participate in a class.**
