Refuse Solutions, Inc purchased Northern Hills Recycling in April of 2014. Refuse Solutions Inc. / Northern Hills Recycling is currently providing commercial paper and cardboard recycling services in the Northern Hills. And we have a drop off recycling facility in Belle Fourche, SD and are open for drop offs Monday through Thursday 8-3 and Fridays 8-noon. RSI / Northern Hills Recycling is locally

owned and family operated. Randy and Teresa Ruby are the owners and along with their daughter, Becky Dean and her husband Tony, they strive to provide excellent customer service with a smile. RSI is proud to be serving the Black Hills of South Dakota!
