Shout to this BEAUTIFUL Swerk bae and AMAZING friend for coming to my basement studio to help me host a virtual Swerkout this morning!!! I love that you want to dance with me and you spent your morning doing just that. ❤️ Thank you, I needed that sooooo much! Even though we had kids, and dogs running around, had to keep our distance and in a basement full of junk, we still rocked it so hard!!! Love you Lady!! You have been such a blessing in my life! 😘
