We had the most amazing time at what WAS AllSport CrossFit for 9 years! ‘Tis no more heat and humidity (Air Conditioning!!!) but you can still do a 10’ Wallball (they saved the infamous wall (for now!)).

Look what an AMAZING Wine Club it is now!

So many feels right now……. thank you Chris for showing us what you and your friends have built!!! It’s beautiful!!!!!!

As someone who has owned a Small Business for over 9 Years, I applaud the decisions to close in event of this potential terrible weather. I know we (well, me!) always struggled at AllSport CrossFit to make those calls for fear of making even just one person upset (aka pi***ng them off!) I also know the struggle to take one day off.

So, for those of you without a gym tomorrow.....but if you have a living room, this will keep you busy!

For time:
100 Jumping Jacks (make sure they are good and not half jacks!)
90 Air Squats (BELOW parallel!) - make them jumping if you want to get turnt up!
80 Sit-ups (all the way up!)
70 Lunges (kiss the ground with your knee!) - again, jumping if you want to fire up those quads!
60 Push-ups (chest touches ground! This is the only way! Even on your knees! Chest TO ground!)
50 Step ups (or box jumps) on your couch (full hip extension)
40 Burpees (chest to ground, stand all the way up and clap overhead!)
30 V-ups
20 Reverse Burpees (https://youtu.be/qUD9T1V1vbM)
10 cartwheels

Happy Snow Day, Houston!!!!

Do NOT drive anywhere tomorrow!!!!!! 💪🏼
