Today, we honor the life and legacy of Jill Manly, the visionary founder of Stretch-n-Grow International. What began in Galveston, Texas, through her passion for helping children stay active and healthy has grown into an international program that has impacted countless families and inspired children around the world to get moving.

Jill’s dedication, innovation, and love for children created a legacy that will continue for generations to come. Her influence can be seen in every class taught, every child encouraged, and every life touched through Stretch-n-Grow.

She will be deeply missed, but her vision and the positive impact she made on the world will live on forever.

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with her family, friends, and the entire Stretch-n-Grow community during this difficult time.

✨ Happy Juneteenth! ✨

Today, we pause to honor freedom, resilience, and progress.

Juneteenth marks the day—June 19, 1865—when the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, finally learned they were free, over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It’s a powerful reminder that freedom should never be delayed and that every voice matters.

At Stretch-n-Grow, we believe in teaching kids the values of unity, inclusion, and respect. Celebrating Juneteenth means recognizing our history, honoring those who fought for freedom, and continuing to build a better, brighter future for all children.

Let’s keep growing strong—in body, mind, and spirit—together. ❤️💪🏽💚
