Bayou Rifles Gun Club Bayou Rifles is a private shooting club with two ranges in the Houston area focusing on marksmanship Bayou Rifles is a 501 C7 Non-Profit Corporation.

Any Dues, Fee's, Assessments or Contributions are Not Tax Deductible. Bayou Rifles was incorporated in the State of Texas in 1936 to promote the art of safe Rifle & Pistol shooting. It is a non-profit corporation, the management of which is vested in the Board of directors, elected by the membership. The Club is affiliated with National Rifle Association and the Texas State Rifle Association.

A reminder that we will be opening the waitlist for new memberships this Wednesday, March 2nd from 7am to 11pm.

The process will be different from years past. The wait list will be open from 7am to 11pm. All open membership slots will be drawn from the waitlist at random rather than the first-come, first-served approach from prior years.

We completed the upgrades to the Juliff 100 yard line this week! A while back we had the whole field regraded to stop water from ponding. The last thing left was to add a raised walkway to, and in front of, the target line. This should fix the muddy boots situation we get when it rains. Stay safe and dry out there!

A reminder that the annual members meeting is this Saturday. This year's meeting will be held at the Addicks range #1 (the Smallbore Silhouette range) with a gear-swap before the meeting. Gates open at 8:00am, the meeting starts at 10:00am, and lunch will be served afterward. See you there!
