For those of you who enjoyed the signature cocktail at the Saturday dinner, here is the recipe which makes 12-15 drinks depending on who's pouring! Thanks again Mammoth Distilling for a great party!

Mammoth ”Hemingway” Daiquiri
24 oz. Mammoth "Wood Boat" Rum
9 oz. fresh grapefruit juice (we use Simply Grapefruit.)
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. simple syrup (1 part sugar fully diluted over heat in 1 part water)
3 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

If serving “neat” (without ice), add 18 oz of distilled water.
If serving over ice, add a generous amount to the glass so that the melt will dilute the concentration.
Garnish with a lime slice.

Social Package notes for the weekend: 1) Friday and Saturday events are casual lawn parties. Flip flips and shorts are acceptable and encouraged! 2) It tends to get cool in the evenings so don't forget a jacket or sweatshirt. Looking forward to a fun weekend!!!
