Introducing the 10-Day Movement Challenge: Move More, Live More, Lead More!
This challenge is designed to help you discover the powerful connection between physical movement and effective leadership.
Over the course of 10 days, you'll integrate 30 minutes (or more!) of daily movement into your routine, ranging from simple activities like walking or beginner yoga to more advanced workouts. The goal is to experience how regular physical activity can boost your mental health, energy levels, and overall sense of well-being, directly impacting your leadership effectiveness.
Participants will engage with daily mindset materials, complete journaling prompts, and share their progress on my online platform, the FIRE Network. Optional group video calls and in-person events will provide additional support and community engagement. By the end of the challenge, you'll feel more energized, focused, and ready to lead with renewed vitality.
