Backblast | IPC Week 0 | Beast Mode Black Diamond | 21 HIM | Q: Bob Ross

Muggy morning at Beast Mode — not hot yet, but you could feel it coming. Perfect setting for IPC Week 0 and the DJ Keller WOD. Bob Ross laid out the plan, gave the mission, and the PAX got after it with everything they had.

Big turnout, big energy, and a whole lot of grit as the crew pushed through four rounds of work and a 141‑yard run that felt longer every time. We wrapped with a group popcorn Mary — always a solid way to finish when the whole crew is locked in.

Announcements were stacked, and the COT was heavy with real needs and real prayers. This morning was a reminder of why showing up matters — physically, mentally, and for each other.

Beast Mode brought the heat. The men brought the heart.

Welcome FNG Stark!

Hot. Humid. Burpee‑heavy. Moonshine brought full chaos to Power Station and the PAX showed up ready to suffer together. We kicked things off with mission, principles, and a motivator that felt personal… then hit the parking lot for a burpee‑at‑every‑light‑pole mosey that stacked up fast.

The AMRAP stations kept everyone moving, sweating, and questioning their life choices. Splash pad work added the spice, and Mary finished the job with elevator merkins and American Hammers.

Huge welcome to FNG Stark, who jumped right into the madness and crushed his first morning.

Mach 1 brought enough coffee for a small army, the crew brought the energy, and Power Station delivered exactly what it promises — F3.

Welcome FNGs Spot & Beans!

75° and humid at the Cheese Factory — classic Arkansas gloom. Flip Flops rolled out a double‑dose of 11’s that had the PAX grinding through derkins, no‑surrenders, step‑ups, shoulder taps, and a bear crawl that felt longer every time you looked at it.

Big crew, big energy, and two brand‑new FNGs — Spot and Beans — who jumped right in and crushed their first morning. Always awesome seeing new men step into the gloom and find their place.

75°, hot, humid — classic Arkansas morning where the air feels like soup and Flip Flops decides it’s the perfect time for 11’s, four corners, and a whole lot of movement across downtown Bentonville.

The PAX hit the parking lot, the square, and everywhere in between. Big crew, big energy, and plenty of sweat left behind as evidence.

Huge welcome to FNG Lasso, who jumped right in and handled his first day like a seasoned pro.

Announcements were stacked, prayers were real, and the brotherhood was strong. Solid morning at the 5&10.

We had an absolute third-gear effort out there for Independence Day. 50 HIM converged from all three regions—Genesis, The Spark, and Hog Wild—to put in the hard work together at AO Todos Tacos. There was truly no better way to celebrate freedom than sharpening the axe with that massive crew.
