There is a spirit that fills the soul of good ole county folks... Peaceful, kind, and generous to a fault. We, like hanging out with our friend's and neighbors, while giving them a hand with what ever they happen to be getting into. We love having our fun with family, friends, and new comers too, if they know how to be respectful of us and what we believe in. We like stuff like mud bogs, 4-wheelin

g, bonfires, cookouts, family and friend get-together's and we tend to get a little rowdy from time to time, but that's okay as long as no one gets hurt too bad. But we can also really enjoy our quite moments - fishing, hunting, chillin' on the river bank watching the critters, and the like. This is what is commonly refer to as living The STIX LIFE, and yes we are also called Rednecks but if you are a true blood Rebel you wear all these labels with PRIDE. We are good folks living the only way we know how, sharing and caring for each other and having as much fun as we possibly can as we go about our day. So, if your wondering if you might be a redneck, ask yourself - Have you ever offered to help someone out? And even though they didn't pay you for your time, and you had things of your own that needed doing, you weren't resentful but instead felt a since of pride for doing a good deed. If your answer was NO then you ain't NO Redneck. But if you said yes, then you might be a redneck and you may have come from the STIX. But either way, if your ever stranded and need help; if a redneck from the STIX offers to help, the polite thing to do is accept his/her help and be respectful and appreciative, because that is all a true redneck expects for payment.
