Couldn’t have asked for a better last day of the season. 8 up and 8 down, the dogs ran great all day. They racked up 30 miles each. Couple days off and we’ll be back to the grind getting ready for next season. Make sure to reach out and book your spot for the 2025/2026 hare season!

Saturday we brought out the two 6 month old pups to gun over. They’ve been doing well enough, we figured it’s time to let them pull some fur. With a fresh 3” of snow they ran great, great line control, worked the checks fast and kept pushing that line. As the sun came out and melted all the snow off the trees, the conditions changed drastically. The snow was now extremely crusty and granular in the woods. The pups struggled a bit but kept pushing the line. They got to see great conditions in the morning and rolled the hare, then a quick change to hard conditions where they had to slow down and grub it out. Pretty happy to see how well they did all day. Out of the 4 of us, we shoulda had a few more down. But nonetheless we had a great day and shared a lot of laughs. Can’t wait to see these two grow and continue to make progress each time out.

Had the privilege to enjoy a day in the woods Saturday with Owen, Richie and Nate. Almost made it 5 hare, but had some dud rounds on the last run of the day. The amount of laughs we got to share, and fast shooting definitely made for an exciting day! The dogs ran great and really made it look to easy. Can’t wait to see you guys next season for some more fun, and to make some more memories!

Always thankful for all the laughs and memories made with Jordan. Even though he didn’t get a crack at one till 11:30 am, he still managed to get his limit and be eating brats on the tailgate by 2 pm. Another fun filled day in the books!

Hey everyone, rolling into the holidays everyone’s looking to give back. Well we wanted to by getting more youths into the outdoors. Any youth hunters that book before the new year are FREE and the accompanying adult will have a discounted rate if they choose to shoot aswell. A week ago the girls and I took off to all new covers. Started the day off in some cold crisp leaves, a few hours of good rain, bout an hour of freezing rain/sleet, then steady snow to finish the day off. Watched a lot of fun running!!! These girls won’t disappoint, that’s for sure! Make sure to reach out if you’d like to get in on all the fun this season, still have openings to have an adventure over these hounds!

Pretty hard to say no to this little guy wanting to play hooky, load up the boys and have a boys day! Pretty fast paced morning, 3 1/2 hours of running and the dogs got to stretch their legs just over 18 miles. Make sure to reach out if you’d like to get in on all the fun!!

Was able to get little Dixie out for a few hours the other day, she never seems to disappoint!
