Well, I didn't get in until about 645 today and still managed to feel like this. Workout accomplished. Boxes checked. Now I feel like a million bucks. Every time, without fail, the workouts I don't feel like doing wind up being some of the better ones. Send us a message if you need an extra push and a plan.

Tyler has been there to help us for so much. And everywhere he went, The Mook was in toe. Sadly, the wonderful dog passed away last week, but not without making every effort to save his life.
