Cincinnati was hand-selected as a yearling to be started in the Leatherwood Farm c**t program. Bred by well-known and successful breeder Ted Nelms, his gait and demeanor are a testament to the decades the Nelms family has devoted to developing great pleasure horses.

Meet Cincinnati, a remarkable 2-year-old registered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding standing 15.2 hands tall. For his age, Cincinnati is a very mature, calm horse with a quiet disposition and willing attitude. He has a natural gait and the kind of mind that makes him enjoyable to be around both in the barn and on the trail.

In the barn, Cincinnati has great manners. He stands quietly for the farrier, enjoys grooming, and is easy to saddle. He is respectful to handle and has the solid foundation that Leatherwood horses are known for.

On the trail, Cincinnati does an excellent job. He handles different terrain well, travels willingly, and manages the trails with confidence. His smooth gait makes him a comfortable ride whether you’re out for a short ride or spending the day in the saddle.

Boonshill is a handsome 15 hand, 2-year-old registered American Gaited Horse gelding with a willing attitude and a promising future ahead of him. He has the size, smooth way of going, and foundation to make an excellent trail and pleasure horse.

As part of the Leatherwood Prodigy program, Boonshill has been started with a thoughtful approach that focuses on patience, confidence, and clear communication. He is learning to listen to his rider, respond willingly, and remain relaxed as he takes on anything!

Under saddle, Boonshill is nice and continues to gain confidence with every ride. He has a comfortable gait and a willing disposition that makes him enjoyable to work with. Boonshill also drives like a seasoned pro already!
