Ginny and my husband Chris ❤️ I haven't posted about it a lot but she is pregnant and due sometime Mid-April to May. There might potentially be complications (just to the foal) due to a decision the breeder decided to do but we want to keep that private and we will take it on as it comes. But she's doing well otherwise and the foal has been kicking so we will see!

Ginny waited for me at the gate today. She's very friendly even with running with a large herd for about a year. We did some in hand work and then moved her to Jem's old pasture. Zara has been nice to her (so far lol) and the only excitement we got was her "finding" the hot wire. Bob (aunt's sorrel curly) loves any lady next to him. I didn't want to do too much since she's been trailering since Saturday (she got a break and had a huge box stall).

We took a pause on breeding for a few years due to lack of broodmare's with KRT25 gene and the price of AI. This year, we are breed leasing Strawberry Moon (Ginny, sorrel pinto), an extreme curly mare (foal will be guaranteed a curly). We also have our newish mare Top Hats Crown Jewels (Jem, bay pinto) which is our straight haired curly mare (with Ziggy's genes it'll be a 50/50 chance of a curly foal). These foals will have size and great minds! Ginny we will measure when she gets here next week (she's estimated between 15.2-16 hands) and Jem measured to 16 hands. Ziggy is a bit on the shorter size at about 14.3 hands, but these foals should easily be able to carry adults which is something I strive for with our breeding program. I will post updates as they come! All 3 horses have great confirmation, color is just a plus!

Our new Curly QH Stallion Warrior's Leo Xpresso. We will have his registration papers finished once he's home but for now we will post his parents papers.

He will be offered at stud in the 2023 breeding season for AI! Prices will be posted closer to winter. We will also have a foal on the ground from him and my Warrior Bred Curly mare Darlene and will be for sale in 2024.
