I am an Emerald Beachbody Coach and have been using beacbody workouts for many years including P90X, P90X3, 21 day fix , Piyo, Cize, and The Masters Hammer & Chisel. Most importantly, I've been married for 25 years to my husband Richard and a mother of 3 kids. Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have participated and led many workout challenge groups on Facebook. I love helping others stay motivated and accountable for their daily workouts and clean eating habits

Help m support fighting children’s cancer Next month, I'm riding 200 miles in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer... and my challenge starts NEXT WEEK! Yesterday, my picture was on this huge billboard in Times Square for Tribute Day, a day to create awareness of childhood cancer and honor the brave and courageous kids fighting this terrible disease.

Next month, I am riding 200 miles in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Because right now, over 15,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in the United States, and 38 innocent kids die every week.
My challenge will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids and their families face every day of their lives as they battle this terrible disease.
Kids should be living life, NOT fighting for it.
