Congratulations to this week’s “Player of the week”. This week we chose to honor 4 awesome teammates. For Varsity- Emma Ritter ( Captain) ‘20 & Jules Donnelly ‘20- both of these seniors are outstanding athletes, teammates and all-around great girls !!!!! Ritter “The Hitter”- has amazing arm strength- which is proven in her powerful hits and serves , she is also a constant hustler on the court ! Jules has been consistent with her passing and her competitive attitude helps drive the team! JV- Libby Bell ‘22 and Maddie Barron’22-both of these sophomores have been leaders for the JV team throughout the season. Libby (Captain) has done a great job communicating with the team and keeping them on task. Maddie has been a consistent server and a leader in the court! Congrats girls!!!

Join us tomorrow night for our last home game of the season! We will be celebrating our two AMAZING seniors, Emma Ritter and Jules Donnelly, during the varsity match! JV- 4pm, Varsity -5:30pm; both teams playing Arch Bishop Spaulding.

This week’s “Player of the Week”. Sam Jones ‘22 JV, for always hustling, always smiling, and “crazy awesome” serves! Rosalie McGuirk ‘22 Varsity, for outstanding blocks, consistent serves ( including three aces in a recent game ) and being a sweet and humble teammate !!!

“Player of the week”- Congratulations to Julia Hudson ‘22 for being nominated by her Varsity teammates. Julia is always positive, adjusts well to her new position as Libero and has amazing jump serves! Kenzie Currey ‘23 was nominated by her JV teammates as she is always hustling, doesn’t give up and has great hits! Keep up the great work ladies!

Congratulations to our “Player of the Week” nominees. Ella Andrychowski was nominated by her Varsity teammates for always being positive and smiling. She has had some amazing kills the past few games. Flora Lau was nominated by her JV teammates for being a great setter and always giving 100%! Congratulations girls!!!!

Friday the 13th brought some “luck” to our girls. Both JV and Varsity won against Harford Tech!!!!! (no pics of varsity as they were in a hurry to leave and support the boys volleyball team with a win against Bel Air).

Congratulations to our JC Girls Volleyball “Player of the week”. Julia Sparr was nominated by her JV teammates for always being positive and smiling. She does a great job setting for her team. Reilly Moore was nominated by her Varsity teammates, as they find her inspirational and encouraging. She adjusts well to Libero and/ or Setter, and helps her teammates with rotations on the court. Congratulations Ladies!!!!
