As promised, we have a new schedule starting at Beech Grove Tang Soo Do on Wednesday, January 21st!!!

We will now be offering a kickboxing program separate from karate. This class will be offered for ages 13+.

Kickboxing options will be:

- $80/month for kickboxing only
- $140/month for a combo membership of TSD and kickboxing
- $10 per class drop-in fee to come to kickboxing class with no membership

**Just like with our karate program, kickboxing will offer 2 free trial classes!!

Please note one small change to the ongoing Tang Soo Do schedule. Wednesday night class will now begin at 6PM and will be open to ALL adults, as well as, green belt students in the kids class.

Monday:
Kids karate: 6pm - 7pm
Adults karate: 7pm - 8pm

Tuesday:
Black Belt class: 6pm - 7pm
Butts & Guts: 7:15pm - 7:30pm
Yoga: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Wednesday:
Adults karate (Green/Red belt kids included): 6pm - 7pm
Kickboxing: 7pm - 8pm

Thursday:
Kids karate: 6pm - 7pm
Adults karate: 7pm - 8pm

Friday:
Pre-hoppers (2-4): 5:15pm - 5:45pm
Grasshoppers (4-9): 6pm - 6:45pm
Kickboxing: 7pm - 8pm

Saturday:
Kickboxing: 11am - 12pm
