We are looking for a hunting partner for spring 2027. Anyone interested for Kalispell, MT for spring bear in May 2027 let us know. Plenty of time to save up and acquire/test gear. We can provide a gear list if needed. This will be a 8 day backcountry hunt in the mountains, but it is the experience of a lifetime. Licensing is about $400, plus travel and incidentals...shoot us a message if interested as plans are already in the works...

We are back from Montana and had an amazing hunt! Spectacular views and rugged terrain. 10/10 recommend spring bear in Montana.

We did not harvest a bear, unfortunately. There are plenty of animals in that area...the trick is getting within range. We will have some videos up soon...until then, we have the Alps Commander Z frame pack for sale if anyone needs it. It was a great pack and will be perfect for those multi-day hunts! I am going to upgrade for the upcoming hunts we have planned. Give me a shout for price

With our hounds, the dog's safety and best interest always come first! Followed by the best interest of our kennel program...and lastly, the goals of our competition program.

Today we picked up Capt Call from reform school and delivered him to his new owner. We are so sad to see him go, but he was not a fit for our program which does not serve the hound or us. So, we wish him all the best, and we will miss the sweet boy. We hope he gets to live his best life!

You were laid next to the kennels so that the others can watch over and protect you. I loved you the day I laid eyes on you and I loved you tonight when I laid you to rest. You were put in my path for a reason and I in yours. So, the next tree we make is for you girl!
