Archery season here at WWO has come to an end! We fought some warm temperatures during the middle of November but still ended up harvesting some great bucks! We want to thank all the guys and gals that hunted with us this past archery season!

2nd shotgun season has come to a close here in IA. We had 6 hunters in camp and 5 of them went home with great bucks! The 6th hunter had an encounter with one of our STUD 3.5yr old bucks and he elected to pass on his last night. We also had a bonus buck get harvested in Missouri with archery tackle. Congrats to all guys & gals in camp. It was a great week!

Last hour of the last day of shotgun 1 and Jon O. laid down a giant! We had several encounters with him from the fall. Many summer trail cam pics of him. Jon passed a 155” 10pt his last morning and look what paid off. Can’t kill a good buck if you want to kill a great buck! Congratulations!
