Cut the soda.
Cut the alcohol.

If you're not disciplined enough to remove those, your chances of succeeding are low.

They think they “don’t eat that much.”
They underestimate how much they actually eat.

They think small amounts of activity are enough.
They overestimate how much they move.

They drink a lot of their calories.
They snack more than they admit.

They rely on motivation instead of discipline.
They avoid hard, consistent training.

They lack structure.
They are inconsistent.
They make excuses.
They quit when it gets hard.

All of this can be changed.
It’s up to YOU!

Workout culture taught people to chase sweat, exhaustion, and soreness.
But that’s not the goal.

Burning calories is a side effect.
Getting stronger is the mission.

Train to build.
