Trimble County Cross Country is hosting the Backwoods Invitational this Saturday, August 29th from 8am-1pm at the park.

Gate 1 will be closed. Please enter through Gate 2 and park in the designated parking areas. The cross country team will be collecting a $5.00 per car gate fee during the event.

🌟Make sure to keep your player hydrated it is supposed to be hot tomorrow! ⚽️

🌟As we kick off the new Soccer Season please remember to be kind to our refs and players for home teams and away teams! Good sportsmanship goes a long way! ⚽️

Get out and support the community this Saturday! 💙

There’s something happening all day, so come out, get involved, and support some great local causes and youth programs!

🏃 7:00 AM — Meet at the stage shelter for a 5K run/walk through the park. The event is led by a group working toward running a race in every county in Kentucky. The race starts at 8:00 AM, and “registration” is a donation to Henry Trimble AnimalShelter.

⚽ 9:00 AM — Head over to the soccer fields to cheer on the Trimble County Youth Soccer League as they kick off their first home games of the season!

🍽️ 11:00 AM–2:00 PM — Grab lunch at Bedford Elementary to support for The Wright Family.

🏈 1:30 PM — Head to the football field at Trimble County Jr./Sr. High School to cheer on the Trimble County Youth Tackle Football League for their first home games!

Bring your family, bring your friends, and let’s show our community some love! 💙

Big shout-out to Nugent Sand Company for their generous donation to help us restore our volleyball courts. Our community partners help make so many things possible at the park, and we can’t thank them enough!
