BIG ANNOUNCEMENT-----If you missed it after the MURPH WOD yesterday.....Brett & I announced to all of our athletes our excitement to have a NEW BOX OWNER and 'Master of Chaos and Charisma'!
Swanson is your new Box owner and Head Chief.....We are confident you will be in good hands, and very excited to announce my stepping down to pursue other facets of my next 50 years!

I can assure you, I will still be around as an athlete---and part-time coach. We start CrossFit Kids June 6th and that will be my main focus for the Summer.

I'll also start the 'Coaching Mentoring Program' next week and will be available during 5:30am,6:30am,7:30am classes as well as 11:30am,12:30pm classes for anyone interested in helping out in this area.
You can contact myself or Steve for information.

That being said, we hope you see very little to NO changes as we try to seamlessly transition our day to day operations while keeping you, as clients and athletes happy. Please feel free to reach out to either of with any concerns you may have...while we may not have all the assurances you WANT right now...we will do everything in our power to remain the awesome, small family community box we have enjoyed for 4-5 years now....
