Kings Gym, located in Bedford Heights, Ohio, has been a cornerstone of the community since its establishment in 1987 by Frank and Ed King. Over the years, it has gained a reputation for excellence in customer service and dedication to helping individuals improve their physical fitness, mental well-being, and boxing skills. The gym offers a comprehensive range of equipment, including free weights, cardio machines, and resistance equipment, and is known for its outstanding boxing programs and personal training services. This year marks our 37th anniversary, and we are excited to celebrate this milestone with our amazing members and the community that has supported us throughout the years.

Gyms and Fitness classes have rebounded since COVID restrictions were lifted across the country. People visited Gyms 18% more on a monthly basis from March through August this year. Winter is coming but that doesn't mean your workout or fitness routine has to suffer. There are more ways to warm you up this season.
