- Leaps & Bounds ( 3-5 years)

AGE Group Gymnastics ( 5 Years & Up)
- HEB ISD follows the USA Gymnastics skill progression for both boys and girls. Gymnastics is a great foundation for any sport because a child has the opportunity to develop skills in body awareness, spatial awareness, balance, strength, agility & coordination.
* All Classes will be offered Monday or Thursday Evening & Saturday mornings. Pre-School Gymnastics


- Parent/Tot Classes ( 18mths - 36mths)
This class is designed as an introduction to moto skills and development. Emphasis is on development of hand-eye coordination skills, rhythms, balance, locomotor and trampoline skills. The parent stays and participates throughout the class.

- Leaps & Bounds ( 3-5 years)
The primary goal is to stimulate a child's preschool academic readiness and social involvement through a variety of playful activities. These activities include: movement exploration, rhythms, coordination skills, trampoline, and locomotor fundamentals using all gymnastics equipment. The child's social skills are developed through the interaction with other children.
* Child must be potty trained*
* Parents are not allowed in the gym area during class.*

Good Morning HEB Gymnastics Families!

Here is our Winter Session update:

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will not be holding a winter session. I know that we were all looking forward to being back in the gym, but please understand our Coaches, and Coach Athletes are in the middle of their competition season. With the surge of Covid cases in our schools and community, we strongly feel like this is the best way for our Gymnasts and our Coaches stay safe and healthy during this time.
Dates are being revised, and once they are finalized, I will share the new SPRING dates with you all.
Our goal is to start classes back up after Spring Break!
I pray you all stay healthy, active, and well!

Hello HEB Gymnastics Family!
I know you are all eager to have the Winter Session information, but unfortunately my entire family and I are down with Covid. Thankfully we are on the mend, and have had a mild case, but it is still causing delay in my availability for my office hours.
Thank you for your understanding and patience, as we are all eager to get back in the gym with our students.
Please know with the many Covid Variants on the rise in our community and schools, we will be assessing our class numbers before registration is open, and we may end up having to lower our student numbers.
I know this is not ideal, however the safety of our staff and our students is our top priority, and we do not want to jeopardize the health of our Gymnastics Family, or our program as a whole.

We are STILL all in this together! ❤️🤍💙
