Today, we celebrate the incredible moms who support our players every step of the way - from packing the snacks, driving to the games, making sure mouth guards get rinsed, and cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines. Looking for a fun way to kick off spring break and support the next generation of Bedford Youth Lacrosse?!

Our 1st & 2nd grade and 3rd & 4th grade boys will scrimmage at halftime of Harvard vs. Princeton this coming Saturday, 4/18 at 1 PM.

Come cheer on our players as they take the field in front of a big Cambridge Day crowd!

Our Learn to Play program, powered by Scoops Lacrosse, is the perfect introduction for Pre-K and Kindergarten boys and girls who want to run, play, and try lacrosse in a fun environment.

Are you curious why there are two different leagues within Mass Youth Lacrosse?

MYL prides itself on focusing on classic play- where kids play with their community friends, practice at their local fields and play against their surrounding towns. Winning is fun, but it is not the focus. Kids get to be kids!

Select League is for 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams, and it is in addition to the Classic League. We know some young athletes want "something more". MYL developed the Select League to give that opportunity to 5th-8th grade youth lacrosse players. Towns play against competition that is in their level of play, there are standings, playoffs and a league championship.

In order to continue to develop the heart of the game and the fun in youth sports, all MYL lacrosse players must participate in Classic League in order to participate in Select League.

MYL Select Games Dates:
Week 1 - Friday, April 3
Week 2 - Friday, April 10
Week 3 - Friday, April 17
Week 4 - Friday, April 24
Week 5 - Friday, May 1
Week 6 - Friday, May 8
Week 7 - Friday, May 15

Thank you to everyone who came out to the season kick-off event! On behalf of all of us at BYL, we are so pumped for the 2026 season! Community is what we’re all about, and we happen to think the BYL community is incredible…The fun is just getting started. 🥍🔥

A reminder that registration for the upcoming season will close soon since the league needs to finalize team and game scheduling. Spread the word, get those registrations in, and we’ll see you on the field in March.
