Kitten Fitness Healthy meal ideas, workouts and kittens For years I struggled with my weight. Recently, I was at my heaviest- 167.

I would be on the path to success and have lost close to 10 lbs only to gain back 5 of them. Though that may not be overweight and I was comfortable with how I looked I knew I could do better for myself and my family. October 8, 2015 I started as a coach with Beachbody. After doing a clean eating challenge with my now coach I knew this was the path I wanted. This was the way I was supposed to be g

oing to not only keep myself accountable but to help others who have tried and tried to get more healthy, but have only plateaued, and given up like myself. I have lost a current total of 16 lbs and don't see my weight loss stopping any time soon. Being a Beachbody coach has really changed the way I see my eating habits, has shown me a series of exercises that keep my heart pounding and only cuts into 2% of my VERY busy schedule, and really keeps me accountable and motivated on my journey.

Confession - May was a tough month for me fitness wise. I spent way too much time at work, which caused stress, which caused poor eating choices, which made me lack the energy a motivation to get off my tail and press play. June is going to be better. In June I am recommitting to my goals and giving it my all. I am really giving it my all and I am STOKED about my upcoming challenge group!
