The Quad Welcome to your FITNESS TRIBE! Group classes, semi-private training & personal training. All movements are scalable and customized to each members skill level.

THE QUAD fitness gym is a close community of real people taking on the daily challenge of great workouts in order to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our small group classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, and conditioning through highly varied and challenging workouts with the goal of helping our members improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness. Class

If you're looking for ways to cut down on carbs or include more vegetables in your diet, you'll love this recipe for Savory Spaghetti Squash Boats:

Start by baking a halved, seeded 4-pound spaghetti squash at 375ยฐ for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 1/4 pound ground beef with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, adding diced tomatoes towards the end. Combine the cooked beef mixture with the scooped squash flesh. Refill the squash shells with this mixture and bake at 350ยฐ for 15 minutes, then top with mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes. Optional: garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy a twist on classic spaghetti with these stuffed squash boats!

When: Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm, Starting on March 4th

What to Expect: Erik will coach you through barbell-specific movements and techniques โ€“ helping you achieve much more than on your own! It is a great addition to your current fitness program!

Cost: $20/class,
