As a coach one my hopes is that by developing a relationship with my athletes, showing up for them, encouraging them, and motivating them, I will inspire them to be better on and off the field, to be good teammates and great people. Truth is they inspire me just as much to be better every day. Every single one of them. A special post is necessary for Joe Vranizan . He's been through injuries, hardships and risen to the challenge every time. From Oregon to being selected Captain of the Hoyas lacrosse team by his peers he has persevered with work habits that are 2nd to none. Congratulations to you Joe! Well done.

Hate to see the summer winding down but incredibly excited for everyone to get back to school and back to their respective sports. Absolutely huge summer. Love the dynamic in this group. Hard working and having fun doing it. Results were incredible. PR after PR. Group is fast, strong, powerful, quick and resilient. Can't wait for everyone to get to school and make an impact! Unfortunately not everyone could make it to "picture dayI" Appreciate you all and I'm going to miss you!

Congratulations on the threepeat Will 🔥🎾🔥🎾. And a shutout to Tiger for a tough 3 set loss to the eventual runner up. As a performance coach I always appreciate talent. But it is not what i appreciate most. These two check my top two boxes. They are coachable. They focus on training exactly how they are asked. And they love the work and are consistent with it. It's no coincidence that they are two of the best.

Felt the collective support from during my trek. Exceeded 18k ft a few times, got to 19k ft, and spent 3 days at EBC! Felt great. Training was spot on. Acclimated very well, high O2 levels and low HR. Not only attempting an adventure like this but feeling great while doing it is why I train so hard day in day out. All part of being 🔥💪.
