As a coach one my hopes is that by developing a relationship with my athletes, showing up for them, encouraging them, and motivating them, I will inspire them to be better on and off the field, to be good teammates and great people. Truth is they inspire me just as much to be better every day. Every single one of them. A special post is necessary for Joe Vranizan . He's been through injuries, hardships and risen to the challenge every time. From Oregon to being selected Captain of the Hoyas lacrosse team by his peers he has persevered with work habits that are 2nd to none. Congratulations to you Joe! Well done.
