極真空手の稽古は身体を作ることから始めて基礎的な技の積み重ねで成り立って居ます。その上で多くの人がより興味を持って稽古に励んで頂ける様、私は空手の探究をし続けたいと思います。私の様に体格に恵まれない人でも稽古を続ける事により技の研鑽を楽しんで頂きたいと思います。

Kyokushin Karate training begins with building the body and builds on the accumulation of basic techniques. On top of that, I would like to continue to explore karate so that more people will become interested in it and work hard in its training. I hope that even people like me who are not blessed with a good physique can enjoy honing their skills by continuing to practice.

El entrenamiento de Kyokushin Karate comienza con la construcción del cuerpo y se basa en la acumulación de técnicas básicas. Además, me gustaría seguir explorando el karate para que más personas se interesen por él y trabajen duro en su entrenamiento. Espero que incluso las personas como yo, que no han sido bendecidas con un buen físico, puedan disfrutar perfeccionando sus habilidades continuando practicando.
