We would like to introduce you to the newest addition to the pdx muscle team of coaches to Thomas Crain. I am a Bay Area native and have been blessed to find a like minded community full of passionate and hard working individuals in the Portland area which has become my new home.

I have my Bachelor of Science from PSU and have been Personal Training since 2017. With my background in Science, Sports and being a competitor in the NPC I know the ins and outs of dieting and training to lose fat, put on muscle and live a healthy lifestyle.

Let us introduce you to Dave Parson a Western Oregon University collegiate athlete and graduate. He graduated with a business major and a minor in science. Dave has always dreamed of owning his own gym, which came to fruition when he bought rhino fit studio in 2019. He rebranded the business as Pdx Muscle Training Facility and since has updated equipment and grew a like minded goal oriented membership base.
