ZUMBA + LIFT ON DEMAND WITH BANDS
You asked, I delivered!!!!
Please read entire description before renting, this is a bit different than my typical on demand content.
After many requests, I've recorded a full Zumba + Lift class designed specifically for resistance bands. We cover all the major muscle groups in six resistance training segments. i use a "strong" Sanctband brand therapy band. You could use tubing, Slastix, or Therabands.

💙Middle back - single and double arm rows at varying angles

💙Chest - slow heavy double arm, single arm light (optional leg movement for individuals whose heart rates need to rise and fall more steadily)
❤️Cardio x 2 - high intensity, lower intensity to cool down

This is a format-compliant class; it follows the rules of a Z+L class as required in the manual and training video. Why is it Gold friendly? (1) The cardio routines start low impact and are very simple. Dancers absolutely CAN work hard with a variety of options. (2) Resistance segments are done considering ranges of motion that are slightly less likely to aggravate typical gold injuries. (3) Some de-conditioned, beginner, and gold hearts don't have adequate recovery rates for it to be safe to do "true" HIIT of high cardio, low cardio, high cardio, low cardio. Thus, I've added small and optional leg movements to promote a more gradual heart rate recovery. The small leg movements do not affect one's ability to do challenging resistance loads with the upper body.

This is a live recording of my regular class. What that means is, it's NOT a fancy production. It's me teaching a live class in an authentic way, drinking water, moving the hair out of my face, and answering student questions. A few times, my feet are off camera. The workout plan is amazing, intelligently planned, and well executed.
